DescriptionThis piece is a little slice of 80's nostalgia for me. All those great Ron Lim Surfer books and those Great Thanos issues bring back nice memories. The piece is a bit of a monster 17" wide by 22" tall. Penciled by Ron Lim and Inked by Joe Rubinstein. Top Row: these are the elders of the universe -- five of whom possessed the infinity gems. The Collector, the Runner, Grandmaster, Gardener, Champion and Contemplator (he didn't have a gem). Terrax, Hulk, Surfer, Adam Warlock and Thor just above Thanos with Thor's Hammer and Surfer's Board kept as conversation pieces. Make sure to see the Galactus trophy that goes with this piece. Thanos is the man..... I love the piece. It also looks like Thanos is thinking.... Who else am I missing up there????

Re: Bill Woo's comment...perhaps Thanos is missing Captain Marv-ell? Drax the Destroyer? Pip the Troll, and maybe Gamora?

Hey Bill....I thought he was thinking "where am I gonna but Galactus' enormous noggin?" I wanted this main piece to be a more "Infinity Gauntlet" themed with room for "another" artist to do a Thanos with the heads being from the Captain Marvel Universe.

Artists always seem to do the best work when they're really having fun. This trophy gallery is proof of that.

I'd have opted for Quasar instead of Thor, but DAMN that's a nice piece of work!
